Is shipping truly free, and are all import duties/taxes pre-paid?

Yes. All orders are fulfilled under strict DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) freight terms. Stinger Electric FZE pre-pays 100% of destination VAT, customs clearance fees, import tariffs, and port handling charges for destination addresses in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Are these units 100% authentic 2026 factory-fresh inventory?

100% Authentic. Every bike is sourced direct from official manufacturing assembly lines, complete with original manufacturer VIN numbers, factory packaging, authentic powertrain electronics, and individual UN3480 battery serial validation.

What is the dispatch schedule and estimated delivery window?

Launch Batch 001 Pre-Orders (Ocean Freight DDP): 1–2 weeks order logging and VIN assignment, followed by 3–4 weeks insured ocean linehaul (4–6 weeks total door-to-door). Priority Express Air DDP: Dispatched via specialized cargo aircraft with total door-to-door delivery achieved within 2–3 weeks (available upon custom logistics request).

How are Dangerous Goods (Lithium Batteries) safely handled?

All high-capacity power packs comply strictly with IATA and IMDG Class 9 Dangerous Goods regulations (UN3480 / UN3171 / UN3556). Cells are maintained at maximum 30% State of Charge (SOC) during transit to eliminate thermal volatility and encased inside steel skeletal crates with UN-certified HazMat packaging.

How do I activate my 1-Year Limited Warranty?

Coverage starts automatically on the date of delivery. To bind your coverage, register your Shopify Order ID, Frame VIN, and UN3480 Battery Serial Number on the Stinger Electric™ Order Tracking & Warranty Portal within 30 calendar days of delivery. Due to international Class 9 Dangerous Goods transport safety laws, all sales are final after a 24-hour cancellation window, with free modular replacement parts issued for any reported transit damage.
